My first order from Philippines
It is a happy thing to share with you my first order in alphasauna,also never forget in my memory.
My customer from philippines,I know him is from alibaba flatform,I get his inqiury of sauan room on weekends,he say that he are interested in our products,I guess he must have checked our website,and he ask for a catalog and send to his wechat,I add his wechat ,and chat with him ,would like to know more about his company and products,he also very nice to tell me the informations of company ,I checked his company on website ,is a very successful,professional in infrared sauna ,but he are not looking for infrared sauna ,just want outdoor sauna,I feel confuse why he doesn't need infrared sauna?I can't control my heart to ask the season,he told me that he want to expand some new products to meet his market requirements.
After hearing that ,I I admire his prescience about the market,prepare in advance.
My customer pick out some model from our catalog,and tell me the quantities,material ,let me check a good price for him.
I quote him is a FCL price and send to his email,after he check the prices,and tell us ,he can't buy a lot for the first order ,because he is not sure the outdoor sauna room if will be hot sale on his market,so he want to order a sample first .we reply him ,it is no problem to support you ,he hear that are very happy.

My customer want red cedar ,just the cedar is really expensive,finally we recommend the thermowood to him,his don't know what is thermowood,and we also explain the different between cedar and themowood,the funtions of thermowood close to the cedar,and price is more competitive than cedar.
After he hear that ,he accept the thermowood,but there is a question for sauna heater,he want the size Dia2100*2100mm for square sauna room,we suggest the 9kw heater,but the 9kw is too big power to meet the requirements of PH voltage,and tell us they can accept less than 6kw.when we got his problems,and we suggest the size 1800*2100mm for square sauna room ,which can meet the 6KW heater.
He is very satisfied with our service ,and help him to resolve the problem quickly ,finally he place a order of thermowood pine square sauna,and pay full order right now.
